User expressly agrees that the use of this Website is at the User’s sole risk. Neither the Company nor its affiliates nor their respective employees, agents, or third party content providers warrant that this Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. Nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of this Website or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service or merchandise provided through this Website.

Promotion

Any promotion or offer made by the Company shall be at the Company’s sole discretion and subject to conditions (if any) set out by the Company.

Price

The sale price for any product in this Website has to be paid in the currency as indicated in the quotation or invoice issued by the Company and be paid in full before delivery of Product. The sale price shall be exclusive of taxes, levies and delivery costs. You shall agree to electronic invoicing and email communication.

The Company shall not provide or be liable for any set-up, assembly, installation and maintenance services for the Product.

Product once sold is non-returnable and non-refundable, but subject to the warranty as provided by the Company.

Shipping and Delivery

1. User shall provide correct and accurate address for delivery with street name, city, state and country including postal code.

• There shall be no P.O. Box address.

• If you are not at delivery address to receive your order, please contact the carrier service (courier service) within the stipulated timeframe for next delivery or pick up.

• There shall be no refund for any purchase if delivery cannot be made due to reason attributed to you.

• Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the Product shall be deemed transferred and passed to you upon collection of the Product by you or upon despatched from the Company’s warehouse if any delivery service is included in your order. You are advised to purchase insurance for risk during transportation of the Product to you.

Shipping Charges to Address Outside of Malaysia

1. Shipping fee, insurance, custom duties, import duties, clearing fees, taxes or any other fees shall be borne by you. There shall be no refund of such fees paid.

• Product shall be delivered ex-works in accordance with the International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) from the Company to the international address provided by you.

• If the product cannot be shipped/delivered to or received by you for reasons attributable to you, the Company may ship the Product to a storage facility or to an agreed freight forwarder. Such costs for storage including any fees/charges incurred in relation to storage shall be borne by you.

• Ownership and risks of loss or damage to the Product shall be deemed transferred and passed to you when the Product is handed over to the shipper or forwarding agent in Malaysia.
